Karma Český Brod will be making Gamat brand heaters
Prague, 16 June 2006 - The premium Czech manufacturer of heaters, on-demand water heaters and kitchen appliances, the general stock company Karma Český Brod, concluded a contract with the German company Gonvior on the manufacture and exclusive sale of the Gamat brand on its territories. The quality conventional heaters, which are synonymous with Gamat, will now be made a sold under the auspices of Karma not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Hungary, Ukraine and other countries of the former Eastern Europe. After 1989 the favourite Gamat brand was taken oven by the Oranier corporation, and the Gonvior company bought the entire technology together with the Gamat brand name.
The first products, which will be introduced in the production line and also onto the market under the heading of the new relationships, are the heaters Gamat RGA 50/471, Gamat RGA 50/473 and Gamat RGA 35/373. “I am very glad that we were able to expand our portfolio with this important brand and solidify our leading position in the gas heaters segment of the market,” says Pavel Janeček, General Director of the Company. The benefits of closed cooperation are clear for consumers. “Immediately after start-up of production potential customers and current Gamat RGA heaters owners will have the ability of immediate replacement of heaters without the need to make any building modifications,” adds Janeček.
The aforementioned production will start up in Český Brod already at the end of August and beginning of September of this year. This will confirm KARMA’s reputation as a company which maximally accommodates the needs of customers and is able to quickly react to market demands.
